Staff Product Manager, AI Agents (Migration & Onboarding)

About the role

Join the QuickBooks Desktop team within Intuit’s Mid‑Market segment as a Staff Product Manager responsible for building an AI‑driven Migration & Onboarding Agent. You will lead the creation of a conversational AI that guides customers from readiness assessment through data migration, configuration and first‑time use, turning a high‑friction process into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for an AI Migration Agent that supports complex product migrations.
• Architect the agent as a modular, reusable platform that can be extended to multiple source systems and customer segments.
• Design AI‑human collaboration patterns, including autonomous routine handling and human‑in‑the‑loop escalation.
• Own the knowledge base, product mapping logic, feature parity data and domain‑specific reasoning rules.
• Establish success metrics (completion rate, time‑to‑value, CSAT, support deflection) and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, design, data science, sales, support, operations) to execute an agent‑first migration strategy.
• Research customer pain points and benchmark AI‑driven migration experiences in SaaS and FinTech.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years shipping AI agents, conversational AI or intelligent automation in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven track record delivering migration, data portability or onboarding solutions at scale.
• Strong ability to work across engineering, design, data science and business stakeholders.
