Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role
Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care, monitoring patient health, and supporting both patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and point‑of‑care tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Perform nursing assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions.
- Provide bedside care, operate medical equipment, and maintain inventory.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
Required profile
- Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing).
- 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Initiative, moral support, and a patient‑centred approach.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Operation and care of medical equipment.
- Point‑of‑care testing proficiency.
