Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join Apollo Hospitals, one of India’s leading healthcare providers. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care, assessing patient health problems, maintaining accurate medical records, and implementing individualized care plans while educating patients and families on health maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care diagnostic tests.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing with 1st division in 10th, 12th, and degree.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and active listening.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with colleagues.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate physical approach to patient care.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
