MBBS, MD/MS & Critical Care Doctors – Multiple Specialties

About the role

Nehru Memorial Techno Global Hospital (NMTGH) in Barrackpore, West Bengal, is expanding its clinical team. The hospital seeks qualified MBBS doctors, MD/MS specialists across all disciplines, and critical‑care trained physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency settings.
• Provide evidence‑based treatment and make clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives, and CME activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency calls and critical situations as required.
• Mentor junior doctors, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with valid NMC registration for general duty positions.
• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification for specialist roles, with valid NMC registration.
• MD/DNB in Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field for critical‑care positions; fellowship preferred.
• Clinical experience: 0‑5 years for MBBS doctors, 1‑10 years for specialists, 1‑5 years in ICU for critical‑care doctors. Fresh post‑graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
