About the role

The hospital is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care, administer prescribed medications, and support clinical teams across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in line with established clinical practice standards.
• Administer prescribed medication and monitor patient responses.
• Perform initial patient assessments and timely reassessments.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑operative care according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Participate in quality‑improvement and quality‑assurance programs.
• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing infection‑control policies.
• Monitor daily inventory of medicines and equipment.
• Supervise and instruct support staff on patient hygiene, waste management, and routine care.
• Prioritise emergency cases and coordinate with consultants and relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate departmental documentation and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Required profile

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Adherence to the specified dress code and possession of a valid ID card.
• Availability to work according to scheduled duty hours.
