Staff Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team in Thiruvananthapuram. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on accurate record‑keeping, reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (B.Com.).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho Books accounting software.
• Experience in GST filing.
• Financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Bank reconciliation.
