Sr Pharmacist – AI Clinical Data Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior pharmacist to generate, evaluate, and refine clinical pharmacy tasks for frontier AI initiatives. You will design technically accurate, practical scenarios that test AI models in pharmacotherapy, dosing calculations, drug‑interaction checks, and patient medication safety.

Key responsibilities

• Produce expert‑level tasks and gold‑standard solutions in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and dosing management.
• Author realistic clinical scenarios involving patient chart reviews, therapeutic recommendations, adverse‑reaction evaluations, and dosing adjustments.
• Apply rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME Lead.
• Incorporate calibration feedback, refine outputs, and iterate under senior review.
• Verify that all clinical scenarios, lab values, and medication profiles are accurate, realistic, and solvable using standard reference materials.
• Ensure alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestone deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of professional pharmacy practice (retail, hospital, or clinical).
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent with active licensure.
• Practical knowledge of pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, renal/hepatic dosing adjustments, drug‑drug and drug‑food interaction screening, and patient safety protocols.
• Proven track record of producing clinical deliverables such as regimen reviews, counseling notes, dosing recommendations, and medication reconciliation summaries.
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
• Ability to work independently, incorporate feedback, and iterate under senior review.
