Sr. Manager, People Analytics

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is building its People Analytics function from the ground up. As Sr. Manager, you will lead the transition from reporting‑focused dashboards to an AI‑enabled, insight‑driven capability that delivers real answers for HR and business leaders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve a people analytics vision and roadmap, moving from reporting to predictive insights.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders across regions to translate priorities into analytics solutions.
• Identify, pilot and scale GenAI and automation tools for self‑service insights, natural‑language querying and narrative reporting.
• Champion responsible and ethical AI use, ensuring bias awareness, transparency and human oversight.
• Shape the technology ecosystem, aligning with enterprise AI platforms and Workday integrations.
• Build data integrity controls and continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a people analytics capability from scratch.
• Hands‑on ability to develop early‑stage solutions while leading a growing team.
• Comfort working asynchronously with global, remote stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into analytics roadmaps.
