Specialist 3 – Consulting Operations Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Specialist 3 to join its General Consulting services team. In this role you will work alongside senior business leaders to solve complex operational challenges, drive innovation and help clients capture strategic opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Apply PwC’s methodologies and tools to research, analyse and solve business problems from strategy to execution.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly to support decision‑making.
• Identify efficiencies, suggest improvements and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Communicate findings with empathy, adapting style to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Graduation required with 4‑12 years of relevant experience.
• Professional conduct, accountability and flexibility to meet changing client needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to embrace differing viewpoints.
