About the role
The role is responsible for planning and overseeing production of spark plug insulator assemblies, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on‑time delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production of insulator assembly manufacturing in line with control plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Motivate, train and develop a workforce of 25+ associates to improve efficiency and quality.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, consumables and energy, managing planned production cost deviations.
- Implement innovative digital solutions and paper‑less manufacturing (Industry 4.0) to enhance reliability.
- Monitor and enforce audit and compliance requirements, ensuring no non‑conformities.
- Control inventory and manage the value stream for efficient production coverage.
Required profile
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of 25+ associates.
