FEA Engineer

About the role

The FEA Engineer will verify inputs, estimate effort and plan activities to meet due dates while maintaining clear communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform input verification, effort estimation and activity planning to respect project timelines.
• Develop model builds and conduct system‑level/full vehicle simulations.
• Apply FEA techniques including static structural linear & non‑linear, thermo‑mechanical, heat transfer, implicit/explicit simulations, and crash/shock analysis using ABAQUS and LS‑Dyna.
• Execute preventive and corrective actions and track quality and on‑time delivery metrics for all work requests.
• Support standardisation, harmonisation and documentation of calculation methodologies and working procedures.

Required profile

• Graduation or Masters degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FEA and vehicle simulation.
