Spare Parts Supervisor

About the role

Exponent Energy is hiring a Spare Parts Supervisor to work with its After Sales team in Bengaluru. The team aims to grow Exponent's market share in the city and beyond by helping more people adopt 15-minute rapid charging via its Flexible Energy Stack, made of the e^pack battery pack and the e^pump charging station.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and bin parts at their predefined locations and store them properly.
• Issue parts to technicians according to process.
• Capture part demand accurately and proactively stock new product lines.
• Keep the store and spare parts counter hygienic.
• Ensure requisitions for all part lines are updated in the DMS.
• Organise physical stock checks at least once a year and ensure minimal deviation between stock and the system.
• Dispose of obsolete or dead stock periodically through proper campaigns.
• Liaise with manufacturers to clear parts-related claims.
• Process warranty claims on time and replenish parts.

Required profile

• A graduate with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a parts officer or supervisor.
• Overall 4 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Quality of work, a problem-solving approach, dissatisfaction with mediocre work and resilience after setbacks.
