Spanish‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

Eazybe is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to drive its expansion into Spain and Latin America. You will act as the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking businesses, showcasing how Eazybe’s WhatsApp‑based workflow solutions integrate with their existing CRM and tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑potential accounts across Spain and LATAM.
• Conduct discovery calls in Spanish to understand clients’ technical environments and how Eazybe can integrate.
• Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp to schedule qualified demos.
• Maintain accurate lead records and stage tracking in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to product teams on market‑specific technical requirements.

Required profile

• Native or professional‑level Spanish with fluent English.
• 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, proven track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup.
• Willingness to align working hours with Spanish or LATAM time zones.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Ability to discuss software integrations, APIs and CRM workflows.
• Familiarity with Chrome extensions and CRM platforms.
