About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Travel Sales Consultant to join our Noida office. The role involves handling travel‑related sales calls, converting PPC leads into bookings, and providing excellent service to Spanish‑speaking customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound travel sales calls in Spanish.
- Process PPC‑generated leads and turn them into confirmed reservations.
- Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and itinerary options.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Work rotational shifts, including night hours, to ensure 5‑day coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or call‑center environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
