Spanish Technical Support Associate

About the role

LRN’s Managed Services team delivers revenue‑generating support on its proprietary ethics and compliance platform. As a Spanish Technical Support Associate you will assist internal and external customers with application setup, reporting, data management and customization, ensuring smooth operation of LRN’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for LRN’s applications, including campaign setup, system‑generated emails, reporting, user data management and customization.
• Track and update ticket status, requests, projects and issues using defined processes and reporting tools.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize requests, and escalate capability‑related issues when necessary.
• Act as an advocate for field personnel and customers, maintaining ongoing communication and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver product information to help customers understand system capabilities.
• Collaborate with peers to develop and document unique solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of L2/L3 customer‑facing experience in an application support environment.
