Solution Architect – GRC Hub Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join the team responsible for a key strategic software solution within Bosch. As the central expert for our GRC HUB platform, you will review and analyse the existing configuration, reverse‑engineer current implementations, and establish a scalable architecture framework for the organisation’s GRC ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise a low‑code enterprise application, creating dashboards, reports and workflows to meet diverse business needs.
• Design and implement a scalable data architecture, governing data models and integration points to ensure integrity and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with business units to translate processes into technical solutions and provide expert guidance to users.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, stay current with modern application‑management trends, and lead initiatives that promote data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, API management and working in agile/DevOps environments.
• Proven track record administering, configuring or architecting enterprise‑level software (ERP, CRM, BI, GRC or low‑code platforms).
