Embedded Application Software Developer – Braking Systems

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Coimbatore as an Embedded Application Software Developer focusing on braking system software such as ABS, ESP, and Integrated Power Brake. You will be part of a team delivering model‑based automotive software using industry‑standard processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain braking system software (ABS, ESP, IPB) using model‑based development with ASCET.
• Implement application software based on customer requirements and standardized ASPICE processes.
• Perform unit and component testing, and prepare verification and validation test cases.
• Collaborate with application engineers for vehicle testing and ensure on‑spec, on‑time delivery.
• Work with tools such as ASCET, ALM, Rational DOORS, and Labcar.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech degree with 3‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication, self‑motivation, and teamwork orientation.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, safety features, or ADAS functions is advantageous.
