Software Engineer – PHP Developer (Level PR1)

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful and innovative Software Engineer with strong expertise in PHP web development. You will work on our Mass Customization Platform, building and maintaining high‑performance web applications that serve millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, fast, and scalable PHP code following industry best practices.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and associated databases.
• Produce detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Develop and deploy new features, tools, and procedures as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience as a PHP developer.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of mass‑customization concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• PHP (Laravel framework preferred)
• MySQL or SQL relational databases
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Node.js (nice to have)
• Experience with user authentication and authorization across systems
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases
• Understanding of OOP PHP limitations and workarounds
• Proficiency with PHP MVC frameworks
• Building RESTful JSON web services
