Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our development team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining n‑Tier Java applications while collaborating closely with the technical lead and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and produce understanding and impact documents.
• Design, develop and unit‑test n‑Tier applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Deliver high‑quality software within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with the team lead for requirement clarification.
• Follow code management processes, coding standards and version‑control practices.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies as needed.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong team player with good communication and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, innovative attitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Java, J2EE, Core Java.
• Spring Boot and REST services (minimum 3 years).
• jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Hibernate.
• n‑Tier application architecture.
• MSSQL or Oracle with strong SQL query writing skills.
• Build and configuration tools: JIRA, Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, SonarQube.
