Software Engineer II – NodeJS, Python, Go

About the role

AiPrise is seeking a Software Engineer II to help build and scale its AI‑powered compliance platform. You will work on backend APIs, microservices, data pipelines, integrations, and customer‑facing tools that support KYC, KYB, AML, and fraud prevention for fintech and payment companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship production features across backend APIs, data pipelines, and case‑management tools.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from requirements through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build scalable REST APIs and microservices that integrate with compliance vendors.
• Develop KYB/AML case‑management workflows and business logic.
• Create data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and routing compliance data.
• Integrate third‑party identity and compliance APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, tested, and documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Debug production issues, improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, and add monitoring and observability.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
