As a Software Engineer II at JPMorganChase within the Enterprise Technology team, you will work in an agile environment to design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Writes secure, high‑quality code in Java (Spring Boot) and leverages AWS services.
• Uses enterprise‑authorized AI coding assistance tools for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation and documentation, with peer review and automated testing.
• Designs, develops, and troubleshoots components considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve delivery speed and value.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 2 years of applied experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java Spring Boot and AWS services.
• Hands‑on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and security expectations.
