Software Engineer I – Frontend Development

About the role

Honeywell is looking for a Software Engineer I to join its frontend development team. The role focuses on building modern, cloud‑enabled web applications and collaborating with senior engineers to deliver new features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Utilise React ecosystem tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Write and execute unit and performance tests with Mocha, Jest, Xunit, and Nunit.
• Design and implement micro‑service solutions and integrate them with relational (PostgreSQL) and document (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) databases.
• Collaborate with architects, senior developers, and agile scrum teams to translate designs into production‑ready code.
• Configure, deploy, and automate resources on Azure Cloud infrastructure.
