About the role

Scopely is seeking a Senior Game Producer to lead production on WWE Champions, a top‑downloaded mobile RPG puzzle game featuring WWE superstars. Based in Bangalore, you will drive the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production lifecycle for a critical new initiative, coordinating cross‑functional teams and setting clear delivery expectations.
• Apply agile and scrum methodologies, adapting processes to balance flexibility with traditional production practices.
• Manage the entire pod’s production activities, optimizing efficiency and maintaining productivity.
• Oversee tech production tasks such as planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and roadmap alignment across platforms.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain project schedules, backlogs, and deliverable alignment with overall product goals.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into actionable timelines.
• Anchor the production team, fostering seamless collaboration across all production lanes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of game production experience on mobile, casual, or social titles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from ideation to delivery under tight deadlines.
• Strong track record of end‑to‑end production ownership for games or major features.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
