Software Developer – Remote (India)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our early‑stage team. The role is fully remote within India, with occasional in‑person meetings, and offers the chance to shape the product from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
• Own specific product components and become the subject‑matter expert for those areas.
• Guide, mentor, and coach junior developers and peers.
• Represent the product at conferences and author technical content.
• Participate in occasional group meetings and occasional out‑of‑hours sessions when needed.

Required profile

• Strong self‑starter who can work autonomously in a flat organization.
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge sharing and external speaking.
• Comfortable with full‑time remote work and core business hours (10 AM‑6 PM IST).
