About the role
We are seeking a motivated Soft Skills Trainer to deliver English language power skill learning (ELPSL) training and support student development in line with Virohan standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ELPSL training, induction, and lesson plans as per Virohan standards.
- Maintain minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90%.
- Engage students, deliver quality education, and address grievances promptly.
- Ensure classroom training complies with Virohan norms and maintain proper records.
- Assist the content team in creating Training Learning Materials and schedules.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and confidence to train senior student batches.
- At least 1 year of experience as an English teacher, Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer, or similar training role.
- Fast, focused, and committed with the ability to work in a diverse team.
- Passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.
