Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Maison No.3 is seeking a creative, organised, and strategically minded Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital communication for the House and its portfolio of brands. The role will translate brand strategy into engaging digital conversations, build vibrant communities, and ensure every platform reflects the Maison’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimise content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
• Maintain and grow engaged digital communities, monitor interactions, and respond to audience queries in a professional manner.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and translate insights into measurable improvements in brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and multidisciplinary teams to align campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
