About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Social Media Community Manager to work remotely. The role focuses on moderating user‑generated content, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive experience across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member‑generated content to maintain a respectful environment.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and improve user retention.
• Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience moderating online communities or forums with an emphasis on quality and inclusivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for public‑facing interactions.
• Ability to analyze data and report on community engagement metrics.
• Familiarity with content moderation policies and best practices.
