Social Media & Community Manager (Instagram)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to own and grow Bugario’s Instagram presence. You will create and publish engaging reels, stories and posts, and turn conversations into sales while maintaining a friendly, knowledgeable tone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Instagram account end‑to‑end, including content calendar, reels, stories, carousels and grid aesthetics.
• Shoot and edit reels on your phone using tools like CapCut or InShot, write captions and capture early trends.
• Respond quickly and warmly to comments and DMs, help customers choose sizes, and forward order or return issues to support.
• Repost customer and creator content, encourage user‑generated try‑ons and collaborate with the influencer manager on partnership posts.
• Identify high‑performing reels and feed them into paid Meta ads with real budget.
• Track weekly metrics such as saves, shares, profile visits and conversion‑driven DMs, adjusting strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience running a brand’s Instagram, creating content rather than just scheduling.
• Comfortable shooting and editing reels yourself (CapCut, InShot or similar).
• Write in a personable tone for captions and replies.
• Stay calm and kind with upset customers and know when to involve support.
• Familiar with bra fit, sizing and maintaining a classy aesthetic.
• Data‑driven: read numbers and adapt content strategy.
• Bonus: experience with lingerie, innerwear, fashion or beauty brands; comfortable on camera.
