SLAM Engineer – Visual SLAM & Robotics (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled SLAM Engineer to strengthen our backend development team, focusing on Visual SLAM and robotics applications. The role bridges AI/ML models with user‑facing platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high‑performance robotic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise backend systems that support Visual SLAM and robotics pipelines.
• Implement intuitive, scalable frontend interfaces for AI‑powered robotics platforms.
• Integrate machine‑learning models, especially Visual SLAM and robotics models, into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions for robotic contexts.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, with an emphasis on real‑time robotics scenarios.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in AI, Visual SLAM, and robotics.

Required profile

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, C, or C++.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SLAM or robotics libraries (e.g., ORB‑SLAM, VINS‑Mono, ROS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
