Site Supervisor

About the role

Chattels Design is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to join its Project Management team. Reporting directly to the Project Managers, you will oversee on‑site activities for high‑end residential interior projects, ensuring that work aligns with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Inspect work to verify compliance with design specifications, quality expectations, and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Track material usage, prevent shortages, and arrange timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, issue reports, and document any plan deviations.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce company safety policies on site.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of construction processes and interior design.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans.
