Site Supervisor – Construction Project Management

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on‑site operations for construction projects, ensuring that work progresses according to drawings, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, aligning work with project plans and drawings.
• Coordinate material forecasts, deliveries, and maintain daily inventory records.
• Plan and allocate workforce in collaboration with contractors and office teams.
• Provide contractors with necessary drawings, instructions, and monitor adherence to deadlines and costs.
• Track attendance, prepare daily progress reports, and address performance issues promptly.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring proper use of equipment and protective gear.
• Identify and resolve site‑related problems, contributing insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and construction documents.
• Experience managing high‑end luxury projects and vendor relationships.
