Site Manager – Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) at Zawar Mines

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead rock‑drilling‑tool (RDT) operations at the Zawar Mines in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The role is responsible for delivering contractual KPIs, ensuring equipment efficiency and supporting the mining team in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve all contractual KPIs such as cost per meter, tool life, availability and service levels.
• Oversee daily RDT site activities including grinding, tool maintenance and technical support.
• Evaluate CPM contract performance and recommend optimal utilization of rock‑drilling tools.
• Drive small‑scale initiatives that improve overall contract profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and customer operational standards.
• Monitor drilling performance and provide technical recommendations to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in RDT applications and site operations, preferably in mining, construction or quarry environments.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and analytical reporting abilities.
• Methodical, systematic work approach with the ability to influence others.

Required skills

• RDT Level 1 certification (preferred).
• RDT Level 2 certification (preferred).
• Grinding machine operation and tool maintenance.
• Knowledge of rock‑drilling tool performance and optimisation.
