Senior Civil Engineer – Resort Development

About the role

Vizraama Resort is creating a luxury lifestyle destination in the Aravalli Hills of Udaipur. The project requires a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead on‑site execution, guarantee high‑quality construction, and keep the development on schedule. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to turn design concepts into a world‑class resort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities and manage the execution of civil works.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they follow design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain rigorous quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor material usage, track progress, and report deviations to project management.
• Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory paperwork.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of site management and civil engineering practices.
• Prior experience in hospitality, resort, or residential projects is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate to the project site.
