Senior Architect – Luxury Resort Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of our luxury resort development in Udaipur. The role involves shaping the architectural vision, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and integrating sustainable practices within a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design for the resort.
• Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct site visits to verify that construction aligns with design intent.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Introduce innovative design solutions that enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Background in hospitality, resort, or luxury residential projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction practices, and project coordination.
• Excellent design, planning, and communication abilities.
