About the role
The Site Incharge will lead the overall operation and maintenance of the SECI RAM plant, ensuring safety, statutory compliance, and alignment with company policies. This role is pivotal in delivering plant performance targets and supporting the renewable energy portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee plant operation and maintenance while ensuring safety and statutory compliance.
- Deliver performance KPIs for the plant and monitor operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, including invoice verification and payment recommendations.
- Handle customer interactions and maintain effective site administration and local liaison.
- Implement and promote safety systems across the site.
- Prepare and adhere to the approved budget, monitoring expenditures.
- Manage inventory to ensure availability of critical assets and supplies.
