About the role

The position provides comprehensive technical services for the power sector, focusing on testing, commissioning, maintenance, and automation of high‑voltage (HV) and extra‑high‑voltage (EHV) substations up to 765 kV. The role is based in Rajasthan and is offered on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing and systematic commissioning of substation equipment and systems.
• Oversee daily operation and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Handle complex 765 kV substation infrastructure with hands‑on expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring professional service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate skilled manpower to meet project timelines.
• Manage bill processing and financial documentation efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HV/EHV substation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in operations and maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimisation in high‑voltage environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Rajasthan on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• High‑voltage (HV) substation testing.
• Commissioning of extra‑high‑voltage (EHV) substations up to 765 kV.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of Rs 800,000 – Rs 900,000 per annum (8‑9 LPA).
