Site Execution Handler – Supervision (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and hands‑on Site Execution Handler (Supervision) to manage and supervise day‑to‑day site execution activities. The role involves coordinating with workers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site execution activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and other site personnel.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, designs and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship quality and proper execution.
• Track daily progress and report updates to management.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required on site.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day site execution issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records and material records.

Required profile

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant site supervision or execution experience.
• Good understanding of construction/site execution processes and ability to read basic drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally and work at project sites.
