Simulation Frameworks Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Simulation Frameworks Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a simulation runtime environment and development tools using Agile practices. The role combines full‑stack development, database design, and cloud deployment to deliver high‑quality simulation software for aerospace applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the simulation runtime and development environments following Agile methodology.
• Design, implement, and integrate web and software applications, including database schemas and data architecture.
• Write clean, high‑quality code, conduct code reviews, and manage Git merges.
• Define product road‑maps, sprint plans, and release schedules while creating user stories based on stakeholder input.
• Monitor progress, report status, and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Control.
• 3–8 years of experience in software design and development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development with React.js (hooks, functional components, Redux/Context API/Zustand).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind) and responsive design.
• API integration with RESTful micro‑services (Spring Boot, Python).
• Python programming, OOP, multithreading, and design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Observer).
• Database modeling with MySQL, H2 or MongoDB.
• Backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Node.js.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
