Showroom Sales Executive – Nagpur

About the role

The Showroom Sales Executive is the primary point of contact for customers visiting the car showroom. You will guide visitors through product selections, demonstrate features, and help them make informed purchasing decisions while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explaining specifications, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
• Process transactions using POS systems, handle paperwork, and manage returns.
• Restock shelves, receive shipments, and report low inventory to management.
• Follow up with previous customers for feedback, after‑sales service, and to inform them of new arrivals or promotions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product details and explain them in simple terms.
• Positive, patient, and customer‑centric attitude with a willingness to resolve complaints.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when needed.
