SharePoint Architect – Financial Services (AI-First M365 & Power Platform)

About the role

Atlas Systems Inc. seeks a senior SharePoint Architect to lead enterprise‑scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives for a financial services client. The role drives platform strategy, modernization, AI‑first development, and automation across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and related AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the SharePoint/M365 roadmap, future‑state architecture, governance, security and information architecture.
• Lead migration from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint Online, establishing standards and best practices.
• Embed LLMs, AI agents, conversational bots and AI‑assisted workflows into SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end business flows and RPAs using Power Apps, Power Automate and AI Hub, and migrate existing automations from Alteryx, Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Provide technical direction, stakeholder communication and mentorship to on‑shore/off‑shore delivery teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years focused on SharePoint/Microsoft 365 architecture and modernization.
• Proven experience delivering AI‑first solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Claude AI/Claude Code and MCP‑based integration.
• Strong business analysis and process‑engineering skills to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience in regulated financial services (BFSI) environments and leading distributed teams.
