SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to own our organic growth initiatives. This is a three‑day‑per‑week position with the possibility of moving to full‑time based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify content opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking and ensure technical SEO health.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Develop and manage backlink acquisition campaigns.
• Track rankings, traffic and conversions, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Good grasp of technical SEO, website structure and basic HTML/CSS.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and clear communication skills.
