SEO & Marketing Operations Executive

About the role

OnGrid is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to own and scale its organic growth engine. Working closely with the Organic Marketing Lead, you will enhance search visibility, optimise user journeys, and ensure the company’s digital properties drive qualified business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the OnGrid website across WordPress, Webflow and other CMS platforms.
• Publish, optimise and maintain blogs, landing pages, product pages and other website content.
• Execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives, including architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through outreach, digital PR, directory submissions and strategic partnerships.
• Drive community‑led SEO on platforms such as Reddit and Quora.
• Create and optimise product listings on SaaS marketplaces, review platforms and business directories.
• Monitor website performance, resolve technical issues, and track SEO health.
• Analyse keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and user behaviour using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content workflows, keyword research, technical audits and search optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in SEO, marketing operations or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Ability to implement technical recommendations independently.
• Good knowledge of AI‑powered search trends and answer engine optimisation.
