SEO Executive – Organic Search & AI Strategy

About the role

MTechZilla is seeking a hands‑on SEO Executive to own and drive its organic and AI search strategy. You will be responsible for growing qualified traffic and brand visibility on Google and AI answer engines, targeting CTOs and engineering leaders searching for offshore development solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research across the funnel, map keywords to intent, and maintain a prioritisation framework.
• Translate research into a content roadmap, write detailed briefs, and build pillar pages and topic clusters for staff augmentation, team augmentation and outsourced development services.
• Track, refresh and re‑optimise content to improve engagement, CRO and dwell time.
• Identify competitor gaps, AI answer engine opportunities and emerging trends.
• Lead off‑page initiatives: secure listicle partnerships, guest posts, and maintain profiles on B2B platforms such as Clutch and GoodFirms.

Required profile

• Hands‑on SEO professional comfortable planning, executing and being accountable for rankings, traffic and organic pipeline contribution.
• Ability to collaborate with content, design and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and avoid keyword cannibalisation.
