Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Vice President to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function within the Office of the CFO in Pune. This senior leader will shape management accounting, drive data‑driven insights, and champion AI‑enabled automation to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management accounting activities, including internal reporting, expense analysis, and support for planning and forecasting.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior finance leadership.
• Analyze financial results, identify performance drivers, and provide clear variance commentary and actionable insights.
• Manage enterprise expense reporting and allocation to ensure financial transparency.
• Partner with controllership, business finance, and other stakeholders to align reporting and analytical approaches.
• Drive process improvement, simplification, standardisation, and automation using AI and advanced analytics.
• Promote responsible AI use in finance while maintaining governance and control standards.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• MBA, CPA, CMA or other relevant advanced degree/certification.
• Extensive experience in management accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Strong working knowledge of IBM Planning and Analytics tool.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing complex priorities.
