Senior Training Specialist

About the role

Join Celonis Academy as a Senior Training Specialist and become an expert in Celonis Process Intelligence Technology. You will design and deliver hands‑on training for partners and customers across India, helping them unlock value from the Celonis Platform while continuously improving the training experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops and instructor‑led sessions.
• Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys tailored to partner and customer needs.
• Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate business value.
• Innovate enablement approaches and create inspiring training materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand and address their enablement requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex data and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
