Senior Technical Specialist – AI Solutions (Delhi)

About the role

DevRev is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to design, build and operate AI‑driven agentic systems for enterprise customers. This hybrid position sits at the intersection of solution design and hands‑on delivery, requiring you to translate complex workflows into reliable AI agents on the DevRev platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable economic impact.
• Build and deliver proofs of concept and production‑grade agents, handling integrations with CRM, ERP, payments and other enterprise APIs.
• Create reusable assets such as reference architectures, playbooks and internal tooling, and enable partner engineers through workshops and bootcamps.

Required profile

• 8–10 years in customer‑facing technical roles (field engineering, solution delivery) within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands‑on experience shipping LLM‑based systems in production, including prompt engineering, RAG and tool/function calling.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks and SQL.
• Excellent discovery, solutioning and executive‑grade communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
