Solution Engineer – Delhi (Remote)

About the role

DevRev is looking for a Solution Engineer to help customers translate real‑world data from domains such as renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing and IoT into AI‑driven workflows on its Computer platform. The role combines domain expertise, system‑level engineering and close collaboration with sales, product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their domain workflows, systems and data flows (e.g., connected vehicles, factory systems, IoT environments).
• Translate sensor data, logs and events into actionable insights, automated workflows and AI‑driven use cases.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions covering data ingestion, processing, decision making and action execution.
• Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept and solution walkthroughs grounded in real‑world scenarios.
• Support integrations via APIs, webhooks and data pipelines and contribute to technical proposals and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Domain experience in renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, industrial systems or IoT.
• Strong system‑level thinking and ability to explain data flow from source to business outcome.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to identify automation opportunities from real‑world signals.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases such as predictive maintenance, vision systems or log‑stream analysis.

Required skills

• Python, TypeScript or JavaScript programming.
• Design and implementation of data pipelines, APIs and distributed systems.
• Tools: Postman, GitHub, Jira, Cursor, Claude.
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and prompt design.
