Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack Web Development

About the role

Talent Potential Consulting (TPC) is looking for a Senior Tech Lead (Full Stack) based in New Delhi. The role owns the end-to-end web development lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, and leads complex web applications from concept to production. The position suits candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development covering frontend, backend, APIs and databases
• Take architecture and technology decisions
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices and optimise performance
• Own the backend: APIs, security, databases and cloud infrastructure
• Own the frontend using React, Angular or Vue
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and DevOps coordination
• Lead, mentor and scale the development team
• Work with business, product and design stakeholders

Required profile

• 8 to 10 years of experience
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management
• Architecture thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions

Required skills

• Backend: Node.js, Java, Python or PHP
• Frontend: React, Angular or Vue
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL
