Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – Hyderabad

About the role

Birlasoft is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple business functions in Hyderabad. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels and hiring categories.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring timelines.
• Draft, refine and publish job descriptions aligned with business needs and market realities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Facilitate interview feedback collection, keep stakeholders updated and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Conduct compensation discussions within approved frameworks and support offer rollout and closure.
• Track offer acceptance, pre‑joining engagement and joining conversion to minimize drop‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers and ATS, ensuring compliance and data quality.
• Monitor hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer‑to‑join ratio and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for tracking, reporting and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
