Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Agra)

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will lead full‑cycle recruitment for AGRAWAL GROUP OF PUBLICATIONS in Agra. This on‑site, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring talent across both IT and non‑IT functions while enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan workforce needs, create talent pipelines and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Post job ads, coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and report metrics.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring across multiple functions and levels, preferably in publishing or education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills to track recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Previous senior or lead talent acquisition experience with full responsibility for end‑to‑end hiring.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience using job boards and online recruitment tools.
